Glen Boss permitted to ride in Australia

Permission has been granted for Club Jockey Glen Boss to be absent from Hong Kong so as to ride PRINCESS COUP, trained by Mark Walker, in the BMW Caulfield Cup (Group 1) scheduled to be conducted at Caulfield Racecourse in Australia on Saturday, 20 October 2007.
Jockey Boss has advised that he intends to depart Hong Kong on Friday, 19 October 2007 and will return on Sunday, 21 October 2007 in order to fulfil race riding engagements at the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted later that day. As such, he will not miss a Hong Kong race meeting.

薄奇能獲准赴澳洲參賽

受薪董事兼牌照委員會秘書祁禮謙發出通告如下：
馬會騎師薄奇能已獲准請假離港，以便其於十月二十日星期六在澳洲考菲爾德馬場策騎由練馬師獲卡訓練的 Princess Coup 角逐考菲爾德盃（一級賽）。
薄奇能將於十月十九日星期五離開香港，然後於十月二十一日星期日返港，以便履行當日下午沙田賽事的策騎聘約。因此，薄奇能將不會缺席任何一次香港賽事。 |
