Jockey A Delpech Appeals
11 Day Suspension

Jockey A Delpech has lodged notice of his intention to appeal against the penalty of suspension from riding in races for a period to expire on 15 November 2007 imposed by the Racing Stewards on 2 October 2007 for breaching Rule 99(2) and (3).
The Stewards have suspended the operation of this penalty in accordance with Rule 23(5) of the Rules of Racing

pending hearing of the Appeal. However, Jockey Delpech is still required to serve the penalty of suspension for the two race meetings scheduled to be conducted on 17 October and 21 October 2007 as a result of his careless riding offence incurred on 26 September, which is not the subject of Appeal.

騎師杜鵬志上訴

承馬會董事局命，署理賽事
秘書鄭奇龍發出通告如下：
騎師杜鵬志已就競賽董事小組於二○○七年十月二日裁定其違反賽事規例第99(2)及(3)條，判處其停賽至二○○七年十一月十五日始可恢復出賽的罰則，提交擬上訴通知。
董事局現根據賽事規例第23(5)條，暫緩執行該項罰則，直至上訴聆訊有了結果為止。然而，騎師杜鵬志並無就二○○七年九月二十六日因不小心策騎而被判處停賽的罰則提出上訴，因此他仍須於二○○七年十月十七日及十月二十一日兩個賽馬日停賽。
